Our group currently works on three experiments: NA49 and CMS at CERN, Geneva and PHOBOS at Brookhaven Lab on Long Island. In all three experiments we study collisions of protons and nuclei at very high energies, trying to understand the properties of matter at extremely high density and temperature.
