Advisors: Arnold Barnett
Graduation: February 2008 |
Description: My primary research interests center on applications of OR techniques in the development of education policy. In particular, I'm interested in measurement and testing of student performance, resource management in urban public school systems, and approaches for measuring the effectiveness of existing school policy. In general,
I'm interested in the development and implementation of data-driven models for developing policy, both in for-profit and non-profit settings. I'm seeking a research/professional appointment which will afford the opportunity to address these issues from a strategic standpoint. Ideally, the appointment would provide opportunities to participate in multiple phases of a project, from proposal to implementation. |
