Open House for Admitted Students
The Operations Research Center will hold a two-day Open House
for those students who are offered admission for the Fall term
2008 on April 3rd and 4th.
The first
day of the Open House will consist of individual student meetings
with selected ORC faculty and students. In addition, students will
have the opportunity to tour the MIT campus and surrounding Cambridge/Boston
area. The day will end with a social dinner hosted by the ORC for
all prospective students, ORC faculty and current students.
The
second day of the Open House will be a day-long program for prospective
students, and will feature an information session about the Center
and brief discussions on some of the Center's ongoing research
projects.
The Open House is designed to be informative and fun
at the same time. It's a great opportunity to meet with current
ORC faculty and students, and meet with students who may be your
future classmates.
