I believe the program to work reasonable to first order approximation. I have incorporated primary vovel harmony (Big Vovel Harmony) rule, but not the sub-rules (Small Vovel Harmony). I might try to extend or create an executable in future.

  If you are doing some General Realativity calculations you may want to check out RGTC, and Tensorial Packages of Mathematica. I had planned to do a supergravity calculation (compactification of 10-d space-time to 4-d space-time) when a colleague of mine suggested Tensorial, but it is hard to make the package do that. Still both packages are useful. Give RGTC a metric and some coordinates and enjoy the relativistic tensors. They can be found at the links RGTC ,and Tensorial.
